Book Launch & Lunch


Join authors Leyton Schnellert, Linda Watson and Nicole Widdess for the launch of their new book, "It's All About Thinking: Creating Pathways for all Learners in the Middle Years", hosted by Faye Brownlie. In this book, the authors present diverse pathways that provide ALL middle-years students with active, purposeful and accessible learning opportunities.

The launch will take place at Crosscurrents 2015 on Friday, March 6 at 12:00 in the Enbridge Room at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel. A sign-up sheet will be available at the conference registration table. All participants will be automatically entered into a free draw for a copy of the book. Space is limited to the first 50 participants.


Leyton Schnellert is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia-Okanagan.

Linda Watson has been an educator with the Richmond School District for 26 years.

Nicole Widdess is a middle-years educator in the Richmond School District.
