How can I attend the Annual General Meeting?
A link to the AGM will be sent out to all TIE-BC members a couple of days prior to the meeting. If you do not receive an email, please contact the Members’ Coordinator at [email protected].
Can I attend a mixture of online and in-person workshops?
No. If you register for the in-person conference you can only attend workshops offered in-person. If you register for the online conference, you can only attend workshops online.
How do I access the online sessions on conference day?
Go to www.online.ourconference.events/login. Enter your Email Address and your Access Code, then select ‘My Schedule’ from the menu on the left. Click on the ‘Join Session’ button to enter the meeting room. Zoom links will also be emailed to all registrants a couple of days prior to the conference. If you do not receive an email, please contact the registrar at [email protected].
I didn’t get (or can’t find) a receipt. How do I get one?
Go to www.online.ourconference.events/login. Enter your Email Address and your Access Code, then select ‘Profile’ from the menu on the left. Click on the ‘Download Receipt’ button to download your receipt.
I forget my Registration Code. How can I find out what it is?
Go to www.crosscurrentsconference.ca and click on ‘Registration’, and choose ‘Manage your Registrations!’. Then click on ‘Find Registration Code’ and enter your Email Address (the one that you used to register). Your Registration Code will be emailed to you.
I forget which workshops I signed up for. How can I find out?
Go to www.crosscurrentsconference.ca and click on ‘Registration’, then choose ‘Manage your Registrations!’. Then click on ‘Manage your Registration’ and choose ‘Change a Registration’. Enter your Email Address (the one that you used to register) and your Registration Code and click on ‘Change a Registration’. From there, select ‘3. Workshops’ from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen to see which workshops you are currently registered for.
What time does the conference start? (What time are my workshops? How long are the breaks? When does the conference end?)
To check the schedule for Conference Day, go to the schedule page at www.online.ourconference.events/login. Enter your Email Address and your Access Code, then select ‘My Schedule’ from the menu on the left. (You can also check the In-Person Schedule or the Online Schedule on the TIE-BC website.
How can I get help if I need it?
We will be setting up a Zoom Room for personal support from one of our Executive Members. This room will be open on the day of the conference from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The link will be posted here closer to the conference date.
