Pathways from High School to Adulthood
Pathways from High School to Adulthood
Meaningful transition plans set students up for success as they leave high school. From fostering independence to cultivating social and vocational skills, this workshop helps educators envision a positive and possible future for all students. We’ll explore exciting new resources (many of them created in BC) that help students and staff plan effectively for this important transition. Participants are invited to share strategies that are currently working in their schools and leave with new ideas and inspiration.
