Indigenous Education: Continue to Move Forward with Courage

​This presentation will share information and facilitate discussion regarding education's role towards Truth, Healing, and Reconciliation. We will also explore the role of students, educators, and community in building a vibrant learning community through indigenous ways of knowing and indigenous perspective.

Brad Baker is an Associate Superintendent of Indigenous Education with the Ministry of Education and Child Care. Brad is a proud member of the Squamish Nation and has had the opportuntiy to enhance the awreness and vales of Indigenous Education across Canada and the United States. Brad's mottos are for all of us to understand - "Truth Before Reconciliation" and "Go Forward with Courage".
